Introduced in the 1880’s by Francis Henry Crittall ‘Crittall design’ comprises of black steel which is welded into frames creating partitions and multi pane windows. It is a registered design and only be manufactured under license in steel or aluminium in a black powder coated finish.

Our aluminium Crittall style designs are off the shelf and can be installed almost immediately both single and double glazed varieties with horizontal and vertical bars using standard glazing channels, bonded directly to the glass. We also manufacture stainless steel frames to order in only a matter of weeks which are fire rated and suitable as weatherproof external screens.
